An elegant bookcase in genuine mahogany. This substantial classic reproduction bookcase is skilfully crafted from solid mahogany throughout – yet priced at little more than you would expect to pay for a good-quality veneer. The mahogany has a matt waxed finish which shows off the wood’s exquisite natural grain to best advantage. The design is based on a classic 18th-century original, with strong simple lines set off by elegant detailing at the top and bottom; the plinth, in particular, is unusual for its integral drawers.
