Description

Designed in the style of classic wooden garden furniture, this bench is made from a polymer material. It has the weight and surface grain pattern of a wooden bench and is completely weatherproof, with no maintenance needed, just a hose down to clean. Make sure the two comfortably-seated adults have moved first, though.

Scotts emailed me to say they had despatched the bench on 16thApril.
It failed to appear for several weeks.
When Scotts revealed they had outsourced delivery to Hermes l feared the worst, especially as Scotts had not given me a tracking number, andHermes are not known for their efficiency unfortunately. A phone call to Scotts on 26th April revealed they didnt have a tracking number either, so l left it with them to call me back. No one did. Then out of the blue i was notified by ArrowXL on May 2nd that they were delivering the missing bench the following day. The van arrived outside myhouse at 7.00am on May3rd and delivered the missing bench.
Quality wise l have no complaints. The bench is as advertised and will do the job it was bought to do.
However this isn't the first time Scotts delivery of items ordered online has been found wanting with long delays and mixed response to queries about delivery and l shall certainly think twice before ordering anything from them. Sorry but these things have to be said.

Womens Size Guide
A
Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.
B
Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
