I ordered champagne flutes on 30 December. A parcel arrived but it contained a set of tableware and not the champagne flutes. Eventually Evri picked up the tableware but I still have not received either the champagne flutes nor a refund. My original email was unanswered despite the company saying that it would be answered within 48 hours. When I eventually got through to customer services they said I would get the flutes in exchange for the wrong package. I do think your customer services could be doing with some further training!

So I liked the glasses on arrival
But in the picture they were plain glass
Not ridged, so I did not keep them and sadly returned them
Had trouble on return as fragile
But eventually a month later
Received my refund

Lovely shape and generous foot. The slight drawbacks is that the glass is light-weight and the flutes more pronounced than they seemed in the photo. A bit of a surprise, therefore, but still desirable.

Womens Size Guide

Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.

Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.

Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
