This is sturdy and well made. Once the legs are locked, it is completely safe, will not collapse and doesn't wobble. The step is wide enough to stand comfortabley.

Sturdy folding footstool
Using this to sit on whilst filing in the two lower drawers of our filing cabinet as I can no longer kneel or squat. It replaces a cheap plastic footstool which sadly cracked under my weight and movement! (I am not obese!) Hoping this will last longer as it seems to be sturdier and has the advantage of being foldable so takes up less space.
