I was very pleased with the chair. Despite seeing a few poor reviews, it was fairly easy to put together, the hardest part was fitting the arms as the screws kept mis-threading, but I managed in the end. I have some issues with communications, however. I was given a date of delivery a couple of weeks or so on, so when it arrived after a few days it was lucky I was in. The courier seemed to have no idea what he was delivering because his paperwork was not listing it, and the box was badly damaged (no items missing). However, he was very pleasant and between us we managed to sort it out. I have other items on order from Scotts, and have very little communication from them on delivery. It's a shame, because their stuff is usually very nice. Perhaps they're having a bad period, they've been ok in the past.

Great value buy with good quality finish - comfortable and classy looking style
Comes with simple instructions and can be easily assembled. Comfortable in use, suitable height adjustment mechanism and good value for money.
I am well pleased with my new chair, It is very comfortable. I built the chair myself with no problem.
It is a luxury item/ . Thanks
Chair is ideal and easily assembled. Delivery appalling. If I’d known you use Hermes I probably wouldn’t have ordered. They lie by saying they’ve attempted to deliver when they haven’t and are notorious for delivery to any old address.
Comfortable and smart. Not easy to put together though, requires two people
Excellent chair. Easy to assemble but attaching the arms needed a bit of extra effort.
