Actual item matches picture in catalogue and is exactly what I was hoping to receive
I was very disappointed in Scotts customer service. I ordered (and paid for) this item five full months before actual delivery. I sent two emails in response to projected delivery times during that time and neither one was acknowledged let alone answered. Telephoning only elicited a response that the company was experiencing a large surge in orders but this is no excuse for not replying to emails - surely there were staff working from home during this period?
