    Tried it out (is for someone else) Bit uncomfortable but I assume with continued use, would get used to it. After the one time I used it, it did seem to relax neck muscles (but then luckily, I don't have any issues)

    Much more effective than I was expecting, versatile. Portable. A good substitute as can’t attend regular therapist.

    Not bad, not great, does not get as warm as would be useful, the Shiatsu balls are very hard and not easy to get into a useful position; will persevere with it as is invigorating

    This massanger is absolutely brilliant. The knots in my neck have nearly gone and I’m able to turn my head so much more.
