Poor Online experience
I have now bought a number of items from Scotts and on every occasion, offered discount codes have not worked and in one case the 'cheque' rebate sent to me also did not work. I feel that if you are offering promo's then at the very least they should work within your website. This is not a new problem, had the same last year. Kind of leaves one feeling cheated and that Scotts are not behaving correctly. Suggest you either fix this issue or simply stop offering discount codes. Your products are very good, if pricey, and this issue rather removes satisfaction from buying from you.
