William Morris Tapestry Cushions

There was already a two week delay before the Covid-19 lockdown came into force. They finally arrived last week. Although the product is great I have been left feeling a little disappointed at the lack of communication, viz regular updates about the delay in delivery. Whilst I quite understand the difficulties businesses have been experiencing I do not understand why it took so long to hear from you with information about delays. On several occasions the proposed delivery date came and went with no updates being sent until long afterwards. Thank goodness the cushions finally arrived and are as good as I expected them to be.
