Sold it without battery, when l called customer service they said l needed to purchase the battery charger and the battery would be with this, When it arrived again there was no battery.

When l called CS this time they said that the battery was no longer available and l should not have been sold this and CS should have known when l first called them. They agreed for me to return these two items.

Having returned theses items over 5 weeks ago, l called CS to see what was taking so long for my refund. They said it was still not processed and when l checked how much this was going to be they said it would not include the delivery charges. I asked to speak to someone regarding this as l felt it was their fault in the first place, l was told it would be 24/48hrs before I’d receive a call.

Womens Size Guide
A
Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.
B
Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
