The armchair is fantastic.
The delivery service was appalling. Firstly the delivery men were going to leave it in the garden until I told them how to get it through the standard sized doorway.
They could not get it through the door into the sitting room. Told them to take packing off , they would not , so left it in hallway. The delivery was for my 92 year old mother. Lucky I was there. I’m 65.
My auntie had exactly the same problem with your delivery service. She is 90 years old and blind.
You have lost 2 customers.

Womens Size Guide
A
Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.

Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
