Description

Keep your toilet free from limescale with this long-lasting and efficient descaler. Chemical free and kind to the environment, it uses magnets to prevent the build-up of minerals, reducing fungus, mildew, bacteria and stains on the inside of the toilet bowl.
Simply place the toilet descaler cartridge into your toilet’s cistern and it will do all the hard work for you – no scrubbing or rubbing required. Supplied as a set of 2, perfect for an upstairs and downstairs loo or an ensuite, each one lasts up to 50,000 flushes – that’s around 5 years.

The toilet cisterns in my home are concealed behind cabinetry and I thought these descalers would be a good option given that they purported to last for five years. However, they are not sufficiently weighted and move around inside the cistern, in two cases out of the three interfering with the inlet system so that the cistern was constantly draining. I was unable to overcome this problem and was eventually forced to remove them after a few months. I am, therefore, unable to testify as to their longevity. These descalers are definitely not suitable for use in concealed cisterns.

I can't say yes or no, good or bad. One was put into the cystern as soon as I received it, I can't say the toilet bowl is and cleaner or brighter than it usually is. Maybe it needs longer than a month to show what it's supposed to do.

How to measure

Womens Size Guide
A
Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.
B
Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
