Description

It is a quality wool blanket, but unfortunately it is a bit itchy when touching it, which is what I had tried to avoid in particular, but thought this expensive wool blanket should be fine. I was disappointed with the purchase and tried to return it, but was told that this blanket was a hygiene sensitive product and couldn’t be returned. I was shocked because I had bought beddings online all the time and never been told that they were hygiene sensitive products, and because of this I didn’t read the product description carefully when ordering it. Is it my mistake? In my opinion, if the blankets are so called hygiene sensitive products, they should not really be sold online. Without seeing them or touching them, how would customers know whether they are good or not?

I am really sorry that you found this product unsuitable for you and it is correct that this is a hygiene sensitive item so therefore can't be returned unless it was unopened and obviously if the item was damaged or faulty we would of course accepted the return.

Lovely blanket, lightweight but nice and warm. Have already bought this blanket before and liked it so much I have bought it again. It is very good quality, the colours are soft and would suit any bedroom.

Womens Size Guide
A
Bust. Measure under your arms,
across the fullest part of your bust,
don't pull the measuring tape too tightly.
B
Waist. Measure your natural waistline (above your belly button & below your rib cage). Find by bending slightly to the side.
C
Hips. Measure snuggly around the fullest part of your bottom. Remember to place your feet together before measuring.
