Hi I am very happy with the umbrella that I have received, at the time I ordered 2 of them as it worked out cheaper. Unfortunately one of the umbrellas was damaged ! I have returned this by collection by DPD but I have still not received the replacement!

After waiting a rather long delivery time we were a bit disappointed when one of the two sunshades was damaged by being bent in transit. My wife was very pleased with a quality undamaged sunshade. But the second one was damaged do to what I can only describe as very poor packaging by the manufacturer. It should have been in a tubular carboard box because of its length which would have greatly reduced the risk of damage by bending in transit, which is what happened with the small square tube of rather thin cardboard. Maybe a word with the manufacturer wouldn't go amiss?

Took a long time to arrive

Bought as a gift for my daughter who needs decent protection from the sun.. Lovely design and good size.

A really pretty item but it will clip only on to chairs with a metal or wooden structure. My chair is padded so the shade will not clip. I will find another use.

As per catalogue and a good sized canopy.

I ordered two as part of an offer, to go shares with a friend who loves William Morris. It suffered repeated delays in delivery, but with the weather we're having, this hardly mattered. Rather smaller than I expected, and with no wind vents (minus factors) but pretty, and the clamp is what we really wanted it for. Not yet in use (looks at torrential rain and howling wind!)
