The packaging was very poor and, on arrival, all the twigs were broken. I immediately phoned Scotts of Stow to inform them and was told to repack the broken twigs and the package was collected the following day. I was informed that a replacement would be sent. That was almost three weeks ago and the replacement has not yet arrived. Very poor service. Good morning
